GTDS is part of Ethical Power Group. It was established in July 2004 to provide specialist installation and commissioning services to the major manufacturers, National Grid and the Distribution Network Operators within the Electrical Transmission & Distribution industry.
Our customers include Western Power Distribution, ABB, Alstom, Siemens, GE Energy, EDF Energy, E.ON, Balfour Beatty, McNicholas Construction, South East Electricity Alliance, AMEC, Costain, Britned, Mitsubishi, ATG Igranic, AMCO, Dong Energy, GEW2, Morgan Sindall, Schneider Electric.
During the last few years the company has developed an in-house design team, and this combined with our strategic alliance partners enables GTDS to provide functional design specifications, design intent documentation, complete detailed design, engineering from high level concepts, construction drawing packages, protection system co ordination studies, manufacture and assembly of protection & control panels and protection & control retrofit equipment etc.
