GTM Architects of Washington DC, LLC (GTM|DC) is a full service, award-winning firm offering services in architecture, planning and design. Building on more than 30 years’ experience in our Bethesda office serving clients in the metropolitan area and over 20 states nationwide, our Washington, DC office was established in 2019 to expand our services within the local market, allowing us to more closely collaborate with the District’s agencies and communities. With more than sixty employees between our Washington, DC and Bethesda locations, our team offers a depth of design expertise in single-family and multifamily residential, commercial, retail/restaurant, mixed-use and recreational projects. We are guided by a philosophy that emphasizes client relations and values good design. GTM|DC is dedicated to enhancing the environment through sustainable design strategies, with many of our design professionals accredited through the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED accreditation program. Our designers work in a collaborative studio environment, encouraging proactive communication among all members of the design team and enabling our staff to cultivate the expertise required to most effectively serve the needs of our clients.
