The Georgia Tech Student Government Association (SGA) serves as the official voice of the student body—dedicated to enhancing the student experience through advocacy, collaboration, and action. Each year, SGA allocates millions in student activity fee funding, partners with campus leaders to implement student-focused initiatives, and supports the Georgia Tech administration in shaping policy and driving institutional change. From launching mental health campaigns to improving campus transportation and academic resources, our impact is driven by students, for students. SGA is structured across three main branches: • Executive – Leads campus-wide initiatives and day-to-day operations. • Legislative – Composed of elected representatives who write and pass bills to serve student needs. • Judicial – Upholds the SGA Constitution and ensures accountability within the organization.
