Guangzhou Design Week

Guangzhou Design Week, the first of its kind in China, was launched in 2006 under the guidance of Guangzhou Municipal Government, and was soon certified in 2007 and promoted simultaneously across the globe by IFI, ICSID and ICOGRADA. After 15 years development, it has grown into the leading and the largest design event in Asia. Since its launch, GZDW has been committed to the empowerment of designer's growth and the development of designer channel value to the industry. Adhered to the operating principle “global partnership” , it has expanded into a partnership federation network that covers 200 cities in over 30 countries across the world through decades’ development and innovation. And so far, it has organized a series of nation-leading design activities including design fairs, awards, forums and study tours that enjoy high reputations at home and abroad, which has been acknowledged as the most valuable platform for integration and operation of design industry resources in China.
