Guardian Recruiting (Pty) Ltd is a brand born out of an innate passion for people and making lasting impressions on both clients and candidates alike. The name Guardian is depictive of a Lion whose presence symbolises a number of things of which pride, balance, sound judgement, courage, leadership and strength are key. This is an attribute of the lion’s protective qualities and there is a definite theme of guardianship in the symbolism. The lion bears a message of wisdom to us in that we should always be mindful of the overall balance required in life in general as well as in our pursuits of success, reward and recognition. Over the years, it has become more and more apparent that there are so many different factors that influence an individual’s decision-making process when tackling the sometimes overwhelming task of job hunting. Some of the more obvious factors are those relating to remuneration and benefits, however the sometimes unspoken benefits relate strongly to a candidate’s desire to be happy and intellectually stimulated in their professional capacity by ensuring that their emotional wellbeing is taken care of.
