The culture of Balsamic Vinegar has been the heart of the Gubertini family since 1880. In our vinegar factory, located at 800 meters above sea level, we produce Balsamic Vinegar following traditional methods, with barrels of precious woods such as chestnut, mulberry, cherry and juniper, each of which gives unique aromas to the product. Without any machinery and by respecting tradition, we take care of every step with dedication and craftsmanship. Sustainability and social responsibility guide our production: we use Modena grapes, green packaging in glass, wood and recycled paper, and we strictly monitor the supply chain to offer a Balsamic Vinegar of extreme quality, the result of time, territory and craftsmanship.
