We have specialized in the production and supply of tailor-made screws, CNC turned and milled parts as well as fasteners and components to specific requirements for over 40 years. Our focus is on screws and fasteners for extreme conditions. We manufacture cap screws, expansion screws, nuts and drawing parts from heat-resistant, acid-resistant materials, heat-treated steels and many other materials. We offer a wide range of special materials for your specific screw requirements. Our products are used in mechanical and plant engineering, apparatus and pressure vessel construction, the chemical and petrochemical industry, environmental and energy technology, aviation, motor racing and other industrial sectors. On request, we supply our products with acceptance test certificates and product documentation in accordance with DIN EN 10204 - 2.2, 3.1, 3.2 as well as certificates from TÜV, GL, LR, BV, RINA and other acceptance organizations. We are TÜV-certified and work in accordance with AD-2000 Merkblatt W0 / TRD 100, Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, ISO 9001, KTA 1401 and are approved by Germanischer Lloyd and AVS D 100/50. We are also an approved manufacturer in accordance with VdTÜV data sheet 1253/4.
