Guernsey Dairy processes milk fresh from our world famous local 'Guernseys' and use it to produce a range of premium quality dairy products.
We receive around 8 million litres of milk every year and use it to produce and sell 6 million litres of milk, 200,000 kg of world class Guernsey butter and 24,000 kg of award winning cheese. We also make rich dairy cream, cheese and delicious flavours of Guernsey ice cream.
Our St Andrew's Guernsey Dairy was built in the heart of the island in 1951. It is owned and operated by the States of Guernsey and The States' Trading Supervisory Board has political responsibility.
