Under the leadership of Rupert Pleasant, Chief Executive of Guernsey Finance, the agency ensures that the core values and competencies of the island's finance sector are accepted and respected by the global community and that financial business development flows are enhanced.
The non-executive Board of Directors is made up of industry representatives and is chaired by Aon Insurance Managers', Managing Director, Paul Skyes.
