Incorporating Psychodynamic Therapy, Eastern medicine, Archetypal/Depth Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Narrative and Post-Modern Systems Theory, Energy Psychology and alternative therapies.
It is fundamentally based on a simple premise – that our difficulties are the reenactments/manifestations of stories, and when we can discover these stories and/or be in a different, more aware, less anxious relationship to them, our attitude about our difficulties transforms and/or our difficulties resolve.
