GuideMe is one of the first companies to assess managers' competencies using virtual reality. The test conducted this way allows us to get to know the competencies more accurately, while employees are more engaged than with traditional paper tests. With the best experts in the field of competence from Kozminski University, we have created a unique methodology that uses the mechanisms of "escape rooms". Our training forces participants to cooperate in solving tasks in an alternative reality, which makes their behaviour natural and their decisions true.
