Guidestar works with clients with complex presentations. We are a NDIS provider. Our practice frameworks are trauma informed, person-centred, evidence based and strengths based. Our work is grounded in the PBS Framework. Services offered include: Individualised psychological assessments (such as PBS, Clinical Risk, Ecological, and Sensory assessments); Specialist Support Coordination; Practice Coaching, Clinical Leadership & Professional Supervision; Coordination of complex transitions; Behaviour Assessment Reports and Behaviour Support Plan development; Education to professionals, supporters and/or families through formal training, tailored sessions, and/or reflective supervision; Individual and systemic advocacy. Guidestar also undertake organisational consultancy and specialised training as required.
