This plays out as the foundation for LED Club. We’re building an ecosystem where learners are defined by their ability to apply knowledge in real-world contexts, explore their strengths, and adapt. At LED Club, we help teens explore what they can create with what they know—by engaging with the tasks involved in creative careers. Through hands-on, real and simulated project-based internships — they get to experiment and build industry-relevant skills. It’s a space to discover what excites them, what they’re good at, what they're curious to learn, and how they want to shape their career—learning by doing, on the job.
