Our company GUNTAS A.S. is the producer and exporter of cotton yarn. Our company’s name is GUNTAS and our head office is in Istanbul, Turkey. We have been associated with the textile industry for the past 70 years. Güntaş is the outcome of an experience of Dinçer family in different areas of the textile industry. The company began to production with the first mill Guntas-I established in 1982 in Malatya and established later Guntas-II, Guntas-III, Guntas-IV, Guntas-V, Guntas-VI mills until today. We produce Carded, Combed and Compact Ring Spun %100 cotton yarn in our yarn factories with capacity of 60 tons/day. ‘Total Quality’ is the first aim of Guntas. Along with best raw material provided from world markets and qualified labor force and technology, desired products are obtained. Production is carried out with best and state of art machines like Rieter (Switzerland), Murata (Japan). The quality of the raw material we use and the yarn we produce are regularly checked with the newest lab testing machines (Uster Afis Pro2, Uster Tester5, Premier Tensomaxx7000) at every stage of the production. Contamination control of the raw material is done with Jossi Sorters and control of yarn at winding is done with Uster Quantum Expert3 Pro system and ultraviolet lights. We do export to several countries of EU. Güntaş, working with the aim of being an international brand since its first establishment, has been rewarded due to its performance in exportation with the 'Success Medal' by İTKİB (Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporters Association) since 1998.
