Gürdemir Plastik was founded by Mr. Mehmet Ali and Mr. Mehmet Kazım SERTDEMİR and started its work in the Plastic Industry with manufacturing printed, unprinted polyethylene film, shrink film, plastic bags, etc. Due to the rapid growth in the sector, the company has started manufacturing various plastic packaging products within a few years. The first manufacturing plant was established in Çiğli, Izmir, in 1996, the production of which has stopped in 2019. With the growing business volume, a modern factory was built in 2019 at Menemen Plastic Industrial Zone. Production capacity of this factory is 450 tonnes per annum. Gürdemir Plastik has authenticated its quality with the BRC, FSSC, OHSAS 18001:2014, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005 SO 9001 certificates. Gürdemir Plastik, with its qualified personnel as well as a total of 15,000 square-meter area and 6,000 square-meter indoor space, has become one of the leading establishments of the Aegean plastic industry.
