Founded in 2019 in Moda, Istanbul, Guru Gluten-Free began as a cozy café and quickly evolved into Turkey's premier gluten-free kitchen. Our mission is to enrich lives through exceptional gluten-free foods without compromising on taste.
In 2021, we transitioned to a fully gluten-free kitchen, developing over 23 unique recipes. Due to growing demand, we expanded our operations in 2022, quadrupling our production capacity. Today, we operate four stores and offer over 35 exclusive gluten-free recipes.
We are the first and only kitchen in Turkey certified by the Association of European Coeliac Societies (AOECS) and the FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification. These certifications ensure our products meet the highest international standards, making them safe and enjoyable for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities.
Our commitment extends beyond exceptional food production. We partner with the Turkish Celiac Foundation to raise awareness and provide support through educational workshops and events. Additionally, we collaborate with local organizations to offer medical and financial assistance to families affected by celiac disease.
Sustainability is at the core of our operations. We implement eco-friendly practices, optimize resource use, and manage waste effectively. Our team continuously seeks new ways to contribute positively to public health by promoting gluten-free diets and supporting research in this area.
