Gusto Ingredient Solutions has a rich history of experience behind it. The shareholders owned and ran Woods & Woods (“W&W”), a company established in 1935, which had an enviable reputation in the food industry for the distribution of specialty hydrocolloids and gums together with the technical applications expertise to add value to customers through process improvements, new product developments and developing solutions with the use of hydrocolloids & gums. W&W was sold December 2004. Since that time, Paul, Richard and David Moore continued the relationships and market development under different ownership. The Moore family have now re-established the food specialty business under the name ‘Gusto Ingredient Solutions’.
Gusto Ingredient Solutions is a specialist distribution company partnering with key Principals with whom we have a longstanding business relationship to provide an improved, more personalised and focused route to market. Our focus is on specialty products for the food & nutrition industry in Australia and for selected customers in New Zealand and South East Asia.
