Gustolato produces soft and creamy ice cream made according to traditional Italian recipes, as well as other high quality products made with the best raw materials, such as fresh milk and cream, noble sugar, almonds and pistachios from Sicily, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Sorrento lemons, first grade cocoa etc. Gustolato also offers its own range of freshly roasted coffee, desserts, cakes and a line of chocolate included bars, dragees, spreads and other specialties, both pre-packaged and loose.

The Gustolato laboratory in Novigrad, Croatia, can simultaneously serve a network of twelve outlets and the Ho.Re.Ca distribution.

With its Gustolato brand Dream Lab has created an international chain of retail outlets supplied by centralised laboratories producing ice cream, chocolate, coffee and other products in the best Italian traditions. We have already launched Gustolato in Croatia and in Hungary with both single-brand retail shops and wholesale supply in the Ho.Re.Ca. network. Gustolato foresees progressive expansion not only in Europe but also overseas, e.g. in North America.
