In the Horn of Africa, Guul Fund, which means Victorious, is an initiative of Parker Russell Horn of Africa and Rako Research & Communication Centre, standing out as the first investment vehicle of its kind that is locally created and driven by diaspora, local people and international actors. Our mission is to help business owners and leaders in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) achieve their growth goals and create jobs by providing exposure to private equity and venture capital investments through our platform.
