For more than 30 years, successful culinary restauranteurs Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles have been bringing innovative and distinctive restaurant concepts to life that reflect their Southern hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit and flare for the culinary arts. Having launched the successful Z'Tejas Southwestern Grille, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Roaring Fork, Wildfish Seafood Grille, Salty Sow, Hopdoddy and most recently Red Ash Italian Grill over the course of three decades, they pride themselves on forward thinking and the value of strong partnerships. To date, the restaurants’ core markets are Texas, Phoenix-Scottsdale, Arizona and Southern California. The company will open two new concepts in 2016.
