GVCS manufactures and supplies steel castings ranging from half a kilo to 4 Tons. The company adopts the latest technology processes like Continuous Casting, Automatic Loop Line Moulding, etc. in the various stages of the production process, to ensure the highest quality for its steel castings. Automatic moulding line can produce upto 10-12 moulds per hour with maximum size of 1800x1400x600/600 cake mould. Our Foundry is capable of producing Steel Castings for Valves, Pumps, Crushers, Mining, Aluminium Smelters and Engineering Industry in Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, Manganese Steel, High-Crome, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Special Steel as per customer request.
