We are a niche organisation in that we only work in our specialist fields of knowledge and as a consequence of this we have developed detailed market knowledge in particular where our clients appreciate our ability to resolve local hiring needs with internationally sourced individuals. Our search methodology is provided to all clients regardless of the nature of the mandate – either retained or (exclusive) contingent basis, providing our clients a tailored and confidential service to manage their hiring needs.
