Leadership Our company, Gwali Projects, is led by Siyabulela Kebo, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, developed a robust expertise in managing and optimizing quality and food safety protocols across various sectors, including food packaging, manufacturing and contract manufacturing, and research laboratories. Siyabulela is a Food Safety and Quality spearhead and a certified Lead Auditor for FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000. As a passionate food safety and quality management professional, Siyabulela has extensive expertise in Food Safety Management, Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, supplier management, and regulatory control. With an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a systems-thinking approach, Siyabulela thrives on continuous improvement initiatives, employee training, and development. He is client-oriented and always looking to further enhance his skills in food safety and quality management while creating a lasting impact within the organization. At Gwali Projects, Siyabulela manages the Quality Management System, directs and implements QA and health and safety activities, and maintains the company’s policies, programs, and procedures. As a key member of the system management team, he provides strategic planning for food safety, health and safety, quality, and process improvements, including overseeing internal and external Food Safety and Quality Audits.
