Women are the majority of the 350,000-strong New Zealand public sector workforce. By partnering with others in the public sector, we can offer insights, skills and best practice advice and leadership.
We back women’s groups within government agencies and support new groups to form and grow. We also create connections for women through professional networking events around the country, including the Women in Public Sector Summit.
