H&S Bakery is a Baltimore based, family owned bakery specializing in a wide variety of breads, rolls, bagels, English muffins, and specialty items.
We are the parent company to Northeast Foods, Schmidt Baking Company, Ottenberg, and H&S Distribution. We operate 10 baking facilities in seven states, with distribution in 23 states and still growing. Our company is made up of more than 2,000 employees with a fleet of 400 delivery vans and more than 200 tractor-trailers.
We are a variety baker with over 300 products to choose from, many made in small batches and hearth baked the traditional way.
Our customers include food service units, restaurants, retail stores, co-packing/co-manufacturing, as well as customized fresh and frozen private label programs both regional and nationally.
