MegaKore is our signature workout based on the Lagree Fitness Method, a high-intensity yet low-impact muscular endurance workout that combines cardio exercise with core and resistance training. MegaCircuit our new 40-minute Lagree circuit workout, which combines Lagree moves on the Microformer with HIIT, cross-training, and strength training. MegaCircuit has an innovative open-class format, with a new class starting every 10 minutes, so you’re never late! We also offer personal training, private group classes and special corporate packages. All of our classes combine elements of our Strengthen-Stretch-Sweat philosophy, so no matter which class you choose, you will always have a full mind and body experience.
