Established by clinicians and researchers at Sweden’s Karolinska Medical Institute, our journey in the UK began in 2015. Working in collaboration with the Nuffield Trust, we launched a large trial into the effectiveness of clinical coaching, which has shown exceptional outcomes for patients and the NHS.
Since our UK launch, we have developed into an award-winning NHS partner and since March 2020, have been supported by the NHS Innovation Accelerator to scale nationally.
