We are a MBE/DBE certified union carpentry contractor. We specialize in the following services. Light interior 25/20 gauge framing with any accessory such as RC Channel, hat channels, black iron, and deflection track systems. Heavy metal stud framing 18/16/14/12 gauge. Load bearing or non load bearing, we have the tools and fasteners to install these thick metal studs and also the machinery to cut them to fit on the field. We can also provide shop drawings stamped by a licensed engineer for any cold formed framing. Installation of any type of drywall that can vary from lead lined, bullet resistant, cementitious, mold resistant, and fire code drywall. Finish or fire tape any drywall from level 1 to a level 5 finish for write on wall paint etc. Installation of hollow metal frames, doors, and hardware. We have installed countless panic devices, door closers, and mortise locks to name a few, Acoustical Ceilings varying from 9/16" grid, 15/16" grid, clean room grid. Ceiling tiles from wet formed mineral fiber, metal, or wood ceiling tile.
