Grasshopper Ventures was the lab. Arns Innovations is the system. Over the past year, Grasshopper Ventures gave us the space to test a bold hypothesis: That invention could be systematized. That dormant IP could be activated. That AI, intuition, and systems thinking could combine to build a recursive, cross-domain invention engine capable of scaling globally. We engaged with over 100+ global universities, federal labs, and corporate innovation leaders — listening deeply, mapping gaps, and translating that intelligence into dozens of first-of-their-kind system-level patents. These weren’t quick wins. They were born from complexity — from trying, failing, iterating, and designing the machinery of invention from scratch. What started as exploratory sketches turned into a living methodology. A machine. A framework that could not only generate ideas, but structure them, protect them, and turn them into autonomous ventures. Today, that prototype has become a platform.
