Habeload BV advices the industry in general in the field of hanldling matters and sells the customized solutions. For instance, how must 300kg roles be placed on spindles of machines in order to prevent operators to be fysically overloaded and to improve the efficiency of the production simultaneously? How can boxes be transferred from A to B and replaces by empty boxes so that it can be filled by the output of a productionmachine in time? For all these kind of questions we aim at offering a customized solution and we do that in close cooperation with our sistercompany Hecas Techniek BV. Hecas Techniek namely developes the neccessory concept solutions, assembles the suitable machines, installs the machines on site, put them into operation and executes the service and repair. In developing the solution a close cooperation arises not only with Hecas Techniek but also with our clients. At first we analyse thoroughly the handling- and production process. At that stage an intensive exchange of information between Habeload/Hecas Techniek and our customers arises and forms the input of the engineeringsproces. The first concepts are discussed and only after mutual approval we continue the engineering until we have a suitable solution. . We service a diversity of markets such as the packaging industry, the building industry, various distribution centres, the market for personal care etc, in both the Netherlands and in western Europe. We service our markets by a broad range of products/services such as manipulators for weights upto 500kg (brandnames like IPS and MLS), lifting units in railsystems (weights upto 500kg and brandnames like HML, HPL, VLS, HWS) and suplementing equipment like jib cranes and lifting tables. In handling objects we apply various types of technologies like vacuum-, magnetic-, clamb- or expander technology.
