We focus on prefabrication as a way to reduce time to delivery, provide better working conditions (thus improving health and safety), allow for higher quality control, and reduce material wastage in order to deliver affordable housing solutions. Research and design will be conducted to produce self-contained, off-grid capable, transportable homes in order to quickly respond to demand for social housing.
We will also do research and apply carbon sequestration technologies and materials that reduce construction related pollution and remove CO2 from the atmosphere in order to reduce the footprint of our operations.
