Hack4Good Springfield Missouri

Hack 4 Good Springfield brings coders, designers, and developers with varied backgrounds and skill levels together, challenging them to come up with innovative solutions to social issues within our community. Last year, college students and professionals from area businesses came together for a 24-hour competition to #hackpoverty. The result? The HelpSGF app that continues to be developed today (learn more at the event!) This year, the event is bigger and better, lasting 48 hours instead of 24. We’ll have another amazing project for you to work on that will be helping homeless and at risk youth get a hand up through I Pour Life's LifeStrengths program. In addition to that, we’re inviting area high school computer science students to participate in a special 4-hour programming competition on Saturday.
