We continually strive to maintain our position as Australia’s premier addictions and mental health treatment program through the facilitation of successful patient outcomes and ACHS accreditation. Our primary purpose is to fully relieve suffering addicts and families from the pain of active addiction and untreated mental illness. The Hader Clinic’s History The Raymond Hader Clinic was founded in 1998 by Richard Smith in honour of his deceased friend and colleague, Dr Ray Hader, with a vision to create a addiction treatment program that would treat drug and alcohol problems holistically. What started as a counselling practice has grown over time into one of the country’s most respected treatment programs, with facilities now in Australia, Asia and Europe. In 2015, the clinic undertook its second external clinical audit, which measured program outcomes. The excellent results confirmed that the multifaceted and thorough nature of our treatment model and philosophy were continuing to change the lives of addicts and their families. In 2018 Hader Clinic Queensland became the first program to achieve ACHS accreditation for Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Services. This is just one of our ways of proving our commitment to being a leader in providing the very best care and services to treat addiction.
