The Haesong Offshore Wind 1 and 3 projects are comprehensively managed and funded by CIP (Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners), while project development, including implementation, permitting, and technical development, is carried out by COP (Copenhagen Offshore Partners), an offshore wind developer under CIP.
