Hafez Tile and Ceramic Company was established in 1976 in a plot of land with an area of 14 hectares in the city of Zarghan of Fars, being at a 25 kilometers distance from the city of Shiraz. With production primary capacity of 1.5 million square meters of wall tiles per year emergence of modern technologies of tile production, variety of customer's tastes and close competition in tile and ceramic industry domestically and internationally have caused that Hafez tile and ceramic company can get benefit from such evolution within a number of stages. During years 1985 to 2004 through commissioning the development phases and by applying current technologies in the word, and by increase of quality and quantity, could be able of reaching the annual production of about 7 million square meters of all types of wall and floor tiles. Obtaining the title of the first holder of Standard Golden Mark in tile and ceramic industry, receiving plaque of appreciation for nationwide and provincial exemplary exporter in years 2005,2006,2007, 2008, 2009, holding ISO 9001 (2000) certificates, establishing influential factors of strategic management and following EFQM approach and having integrated Management System (IMS 2008) have been the samples of endeavors and commitments of managers and personnel of the company for attaining high quality, preservation of its distinguished position in the industry and satisfaction of needs of customers
