The Health and Fitness Intelligence Tank Foundation (HAFIT) is a non-profit health and fitness technology organization dedicated to the development and advancement of healthcare alternatives for children and the disenfranchised by ensuring adequate and equal access to medical records and care. HAFIT engages in the research, development and distribution of electronic health records (EHR) to healthcare professionals while providing personal health records (PHR) to patients. Part of our commitment to humanity lies in providing healthcare providers immediate access to a patient’s medical history to reduce medical errors and treatment time, saving more lives and limiting the costs involved with managing chronic diseases. As part of our mission, the HAFIT Foundation engages in opportunities to teach children responsible personal health behaviors and alternatives, lessons that become valuable as children mature in a world full of behavioral health threats.
