Background Information Hai Telecommunications Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of CEC Liquid Telecommunications Limited, which is a 50/50 joint venture of Copperbelt Energy Plc (CEC) and Liquid Telecommunications. The Company was established in Zambia in 2001, initially trading as Realtime Zambia and has over the years evolved from being a small business to become a fully fledged corporate. Following its recent launch as Hai Telecommunications Limited the Company is now poised to further enhance its quality of service having become a member of a formidable international telecommunications group.
