Led by four award winning and extensively experienced Japanese chefs, we provide guests a modern and refined Kaiseki & pastry experience. Kaiseki, rooted in the spirit of gathering and dining, is enhanced by a curated menu of balanced, seasonal dishes, and traces its origins back 680 years. Each course captures the philosophy of “shun,” where every ingredient is enjoyed at the peak of its flavor.
