HAL Portfolio Leadership Development Program

HAL has a diverse portfolio of internationally active companies such as Boskalis, Coolblue, Vopak, Van Wijnen etc. To support the management teams of its portfolio companies, HAL Investments is recruiting high-potential candidates with 2-6 years’ working experience for its Portfolio Leadership Development Program. Candidates in the Leadership Development Program will work on high impact projects in several portfolio companies. The typical project duration will be 6-18 months, after which candidates will transfer to a different portfolio company. Candidates will work at the portfolio companies’ locations and will report to the top management of these companies. During the Program’s 2-year tenure, the candidate thus has the opportunity to experience various companies and management teams.
