Halal Room

Halal Room is the first Halal e-Commerce platform connecting local sellers and Muslims who live in and visit non-Islamic countries. We launched in 2021 during the World Islamic Economic Forum. Halal Room has identified gaps for halal Buyers and Sellers in the Muslim Lifestyle Platform that include information gap, connectivity gap, community gap, access to market gap, integrity gap, and most urgently, a global platform gap for the entire ecosystem. Halal Room hosts, facilitates, and consolidates a SME driven eco-system based upon specific rules for halal consumption of food/beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion, travel, agriculture, etc. Halal certification by the recognized certification bodies is strictly required to give Buyers a ‘peace of mind.’ We also launched a media resource with a special focus on Muslim Lifestyle. With over 70 content contributors from around the world, Halal Room publishes content across various Muslim Lifestyle categories including Modest Fashion, Halal Fashion, Halal Travel, Muslim Entrepreneurship, Islamic Faith and more.
