HALI Foundation is a grassroots, youth-led non-profit organization envisioning to transforming vulnerable conditions into hope through inclusive, community-driven solutions. Rooted in the belief that everyone deserves dignity, access and opportunity, HALI stands for Humanity, Access, Leadership and Inclusion- values that guide every program we implement and every life we aim to impact. The name HALI' represents both our philosophy and mission. It is a swahili word to mean ' condition'- reflecting the lived realities we seek to change and an acronym for our four pillars/ Thematic Areas: Humanity, Access, Leadership and Inclusion.
Our mission is to empower marginalized communities especially youth, women, children, persons with disabilities by creating sustainable pathways to dignity voice and opportunity.
