Joe Hall (Owner), has over thirty years of experience in the plumbing industry and has assembled an experienced, dedicated and driven management team who continually strive to advance and exceed his vision. Hall Mechanical has been recognized as the first NAHB certified plumbing contractor in Virginia. We are also a charter member of the Plumbing and Mechanical Professionals of Virginia. Other professional organizations we support include; NAHB, The Building Trades Association, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Top of Virginia Home Builders, and Eastern Panhandle Home Builder Association. Hall Mechanical, a leader in the profession, currently employs as many plumbers and sub-contractors as anyone in the industry and has one of the highest percentages of master plumbers. Joe Hall is a lifetime Northern Virginia resident wit his career beginning in 1991 in Manassas, VA. As a former employee at James A. Federline, INC., Joe worked his way up the corporate ladder to Vice President of Operations. While employed, he attended and obtained his Master license in plumbing, gas, heating, air conditioning, and back flow prevention. He has also studied Business Management including business management, marketing, and management.
