HALL COMPUTER SERVICES understands the responsibility we hold as the IT Systems Manager for our clients, and we have given every consideration to ensure that we are ready in any situation that may arise. We build IT systems with potency and security that will keep our clients operating through all unexpected events. At an operations level, our server is secured in a purpose-designed environment that protects it from any physical threat and our technicians are ready and flexible to be able to work remotely from anywhere, at any time. During this recent flood, we were able to relocate our engineers to remote desks and function as normal. There was no break in our services. We have designed a multi-layered security system that works proactively to capture problems before they escalate which gives us the capability to monitor information that is being reported in real-time. Best Practice The Network Services Support Program (NSSP) we offer to our clients incorporates security systems that work remotely and in tandem with the computers we manage to alert us to anything suspicious or unfamiliar traffic that the system flags for our attention. Not everyone grows at the same rate, so it is paramount that we support our client’s choices and if the client isn’t ready to upgrade, we hold some systems as legacy programs until they are no longer needed. We report to clients for suggested upgrades and new product recommendations for their systems Our training policy ensures that our engineers access external courses that keep us current and prepared. Futureproofing is a daily exercise, so we constantly research the data saved from the security systems to update our products as incidents occur
