We have the capability to produce all kinds of plain or terry socks with patterns as per customer needs, be it athletic socks such as quarter, footy, no show, ankle and more, or fashion socks which are available for men, women and kids ensuring the highest quality. Our total quality management (TQM) and rigorous training programs always ensure we are at the forefront in the market, enabling us to produce world class socks with countless innovations in designs, coupled with speedy solutions or concerns our customers might have.
To help us achieve perfection, our operational team decided in September 2019 to install 100 LONATI italian knitting machines with the capability to produce 1.3 million pairs per month. Similarly, our machines used in finishing the products, such as stitching and processing, are capable of producing outstanding quality to meet our export oriented operations. Our 20,000 square feet facility allows us to expand our operations further as we hope to double our output in the next 2 years. Situated in Sundar industrial estate Lahore, hallmark textiles is at the centre of all industries in the capital city of Punjab, with access to all other markets and stake holders.
