RATTIINOX: aseptic valves designed around a revolutionary PTFE diaphragm. Easy to clean with CIP, compatible with most process chemicals and good for SIP temperatures to aver 160ºC.
Diaphragms OK with vacuum whilst hot - so pulsating vacuum/steam air-purge possible pre-SIP - and vacuum evaporation/cooling possible post-SIP.
Many port options to guarantee excellent SIP condensate drainage and allow close-coupling for compact P&IDs with small hold-up volume and a minimum of tubes, elbows and no tees (minimizing welds and easing validations).
Sensors available with coloured LED indication of position (ATEX).
ZIMMERLIN: stainless steel manways. 136L, 316Ti, duplex, super-duplex, Hastelloys. 3D X-ray inspection in-house. ASME J stamp, AD2000 Merckblatt. 3A.
Special diameters to suit the diameter of your bioreactor - so you can use a manway as the entire top cover. Torsion, disc, helical and gas spring options. Sight-glasses, ferrules, NA connect, etc. pre-welded and certified.
LUMIGLAS: 316L sight glasses (aseptic options), luminaires, camera systems and movement/light sensors (all ATEX) for local and remote observation and control of processes inside pressure vessels.
