HalongPay

HALONGPAY is a mobile financial services application powered by Swedish technology. HALONGPAY is available across European Economic Area and in the UK through a cooperation with our Digital Banking Partner, Intergiro Intl AB (Publ), a licensed Swedish provider of digital banking services. HALONGPAY is following the tradition of successful cooperation between Sweden and Vietnam, providing state-of-the-art mobile financial services to Vietnamese citizens and Vietnamese communities overseas. HALONGPAY was created by the same principal investor and ultimate owner who founded Comvik International AB and Mobifone, the first GSM mobile operator in Vietnam. The investor has successfully built seven technology businesses in Indochina (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos) in the field of Mobile Telephony & TV/Media Broadcasting in the region, including the mobile operator Mobitel in Cambodia, the mobile operator Tigo in Laos and the two television networks CTN and MyTV in Cambodia. Licensed and regulated in Sweden: HALONGPAY technology is provided by 6G Digital International AB, a company registered in Sweden with registration number 559325-3809. Regulated financial services included in the HALONGPAY application are provided across the European Economic Area and in the UK by Intergiro Intl AB (Publ), a company registered in Sweden with registration number 556965-3537. Intergiro Intl AB (Publ) is regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) under the Swedish Electronic Money Act (2011:755) with license no. 48003.
