On our farm, we grow high quality produce providing both organic and conventional sweet potatoes year-round while seasonally providing cabbage, watermelon, and hard squash. Our quality control team and certifications including Global GAP, USDA Organic, and CCOF Organic ensure that we have exceptional fresh produce. At our dehydration facility Natural Blend, we are able to dehydrate both fruits and vegetables for human and pet consumption. Our puree plant Yamco allows us to make shelf stable 100% vegetable and fruit purees using our patented aseptic microwave technology. We also distill the award-winning sweet potato vodka Covington Vodka. Together our facilities allow us to utilize 100% of our sweet potatoes grown, eliminating food waste.
