Hamel Builders has developed over 38,000 units of multi-family residential, affordable housing, adaptive reuse, senior living, historic, and mixed-use development, including over 3,000 tenant-in-place renovations. With offices in Elkridge, MD, Washington, DC & Greenville, NC, Hamel Builder’s staff is comprised of over 150 employees. In addition, several of our staff have achieved LEED accredited professional status while employed at Hamel.
