Hammersmith Ventures is an investment company whose primary focus is on maximizing the value of US patents through two different - but occasionally overlapping - business models: I - Identifying target markets vulnerable to disruption through the practical application of patented technologies and/or business methods. Hammersmith Ventures helps new companies enter these target markets quickly and economically in order to profitably demonstrate their disruptive innovation on a modest scale while seeking M&A opportunities from market leaders. II - Identifying potential instances of patent infringement and executing a strategy for maximizing the value of the IP portfolio through the selective application of litigation and/or licensing agreements.
