Hampel Software Engineering GmbH is a small, owner-managed software consulting firm focused on helping others create better software. We specialise in working with teams of software developers to increase the quality of their software through improved development processes. Our preferred way of working is to integrate with our customers' development teams, where we share our knowledge and experience "on the job" and provide both technical and process expertise as well as manpower, empowering our customers to excel at their challenges. The long-term nature of our customer relationships is proof of our mutual success. We are software engineering enthusiasts. Software engineering best practices and automation of software processes (CI/CD) are important to us, and we teach and implement those concepts while working with our customers.
